Operating within a culture of respect and dignity, PLACES employs best practices to develop and support community living skills and provide quality housing for adults diagnosed with mental health disorders, including those experiencing homelessness.
- The Residential Adult Care Facilities program was established in 1988. We provide housing and personal care services for adults diagnosed with severe mental health disorders.
- The Supportive Living Program was established in 1995. We provide case management and life skills training for adults diagnosed with mental health disorders who are living in homes or apartments or who have been homeless.
- The Housing First Program was established in 2004. We provide permanent housing and on-site supportive services for adults diagnosed with mental health disorders who are homeless.
